  • Clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial services

Service details, pricing, and responsibilities are defined in individual engagement letters.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely services, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate financial documents
  • Supply requested records in a timely manner
  • Maintain internal controls necessary for business operations
  • Review final documents before submission or filing
  • Respond to communications promptly
  • Follow applicable tax laws and reporting requirements

We are not responsible for errors caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the client.


4. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
This includes:

  • Financial documents
  • Tax records
  • Personal identifiers
  • Banking information
  • Business data

Wild Range Associates, LLC follows confidentiality standards consistent with professional accounting and tax practices.
Client information is never sold or shared except as required by law or explicitly authorized by the client.


5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your engagement letter or invoice. Common terms include:

  • Payment due upon receipt of invoice
  • Monthly service fees due at the start of the service month
  • Project-based work requiring an upfront deposit
  • Additional fees for expedited or last-minute work

We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

All payments made are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


6. Accuracy of Filings & Documents

We prepare financial and tax documents based on the information you provide.
We cannot guarantee accuracy or compliance if the information submitted to us is:

  • Incomplete
  • Outdated
  • Incorrect
  • Missing required documentation

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing documents before filing
  • Reporting inaccuracies immediately
  • Approving tax filings prior to submission

Failure to review or communicate corrections may result in filing delays or penalties for which we are not responsible.


7. No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry-standard accounting and tax practices, Wild Range Associates, LLC does not guarantee:

  • Specific tax outcomes or refunds
  • Avoidance of audits
  • Prevention of tax penalties
  • Business profitability
  • Any financial outcome

Tax laws and regulations change frequently, and results vary depending on individual circumstances.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Range Associates, LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Financial losses or penalties resulting from incorrect client information
  • Business decisions made using financial documents we prepare
  • Delays caused by third-party systems (e-file outages, software issues, etc.)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question within the last 12 months.


9. Use of Third-Party Tools

We may utilize third-party tools such as:

  • Tax filing software
  • Secure document portals
  • Cloud storage
  • Bookkeeping platforms
  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for third-party errors, downtime, security issues, or changes in their policies.

Clients agree to follow the terms of any required third-party platforms.


10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the engagement letter.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding invoices must be paid before documents are released
  • We may provide previously prepared documents but will not complete pending work
  • Recurring services end on the termination date

We may terminate services if:

  • Required information is not supplied
  • Payments are overdue
  • Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions

11. Website Use Terms

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to secure areas
  • Upload harmful code or engage in malicious activity
  • Scrape or copy website content without permission
  • Misuse forms or contact tools

Violations may result in blocked access or legal action.
